transfering files

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to use minicom to transfer files between my bns and Linux.  My settings on the bns side of things are as follows.
Baud: 38400, parity: none, databits: 8, stopbits: 1, handshake, software
The bns is connected to Tys 1 (Com 2 under DOS).  I'm using minicom since it came with my slakware distribution.  However, if someboey has another suggestion that's worth downloading, then I'm all ears.
