If you use cdrecord to burn the .wav to disk it'll create 1 track.
You could create a queuesheet for the .wav if you could figure out what
time indexes all the tracks finish at and burn the .wav data with
cdrdao. It creates the table of contents fromt he queuesheet file you provide it with.
Chuck's wav editor might help you find the time indexes of all the tracks.
Personally, I'd get the cd back and rip it into separate files unless this
was impossible if so see above.
