HELP WITH DECTALK EXPRESS

Hello all,
I am trying to install speakup on a system that already has redhat 6.2 on
it. It is not xwindows. I was given a disk that should start talking after
booting they said. I don' t know if this is true but my Dectalk express does
not say a word. Please instruct me on how to build a talking startup disk or
send me the files attached so I can copy them to a floppy and get speech. I
have folks here that can help me but they are not use to working with speech
so they can't help me at all. Thanks for you r time.
