Lynx and frames - yes and no - mostly yes.
Some highly commercialized sites block so-called "non-frames" browsers,
since they insist on having the commercial content onscreen at all
times. Lynx is therefore often excluded on that basis.
However, if not excluded from sites using frames, Lynx copes with them
quite well. What happens is that a site with several frames onscreen first
presents the Lynx user with a brierf menu from which one frame must be
selected to be accessed at a time. Once a particular frame has been
selected, the other frames are ignored and everything works
fine. Sometimes it is not obvious which of several frames should be
selected, but if you pick the wrong one, it is easy to just back out and
try another.
