Hi,
Lynx will display tables, but rows of the table are just lines of text with no regard for columns.
Frames are displayed as individual links to each frame, so that choosing ech link will display the fames, one at a time.
For browsing with lynx, I'd strongly recommend avoiding frames. Tables are not too pretty either but can be read.
