New Installation of Speakup 1.00

Hi:

Just to clarify things.  Speakup 1.00 and speakup 0.10 require at least
kernel 2.2.18 or above in the 2.2.x tree.  The announcement for speakup 1.0
gives no minimum in the 2.4.x tree, but there may well be one.  Some
rewrites were done to make it more backward compatible in the 2.4.x tree,
but the truth is that we just don't really know how old a 2.4.x kernel will
patch correctly.
