Holiday Greetings

This seems to be the time of year for expressions of good will
and wishes for happiness, and I would like to extend mine to
everyone. I have attached a small gift for list members, and here
are the instructions for its use:
1. place the attached file in the directory /usr/local/etc, or
somewhere else if you would rather.
2. create a file in your home directory called ".procmailrc" with
the following two lines in it:
----------
:0 c
| play /usr/local/etc/mailcall.wav
----------
If you already have such a file, you could probably put the two
lines at the beginning without doing too much damage.
3. Assumptions: I assume you have a sound card with the sox play
command on your system, and that you have a fetchmail daemon
running to download your email every so often.
Happy Holidays -
Chuck
