Speakup Reflector

Can  someone possibly get to there via Internet Exploder?

I pasted in:
 lwl.braille.uwo.ca:4074

Then tried with a http:// prefix

 and no me no speaka de language haha!

Or what can I use from IE6 or other to get there from here?
