There is no such beast.  There is no need for one.  Just create a file in
the /etc/init.d directory with the same sort of naming conventions that
they use.  Then simlink it to the /etc/rc*.d dir that you want it to run
in.  Debian pretty much runs runlevel 2 for all multi user and x init
calls.  A cap S followed by a number followed by a name is the way to name
files here.  the lower the number the earlier that script will get
processed.
