RH 6.2 install.

Hi gang. I'm trying to install rh 6.2 on my laptop over the network with a pcmcia network card.
I used the ltlkp.bin image and then told it to install over ftp and after it pulled a ram disk off of metalab.unc.edu the system restarted. Why is this? Any ideas how I can fix this? I want ot duel boot debian and redhat on the laptop here for learning purposes and know all about the lilo stuff, just need a tad bit of help with the install process.
