Thanks Buddy for the info. Here is a little more complete info:
The cost for just about any distribution is 1.98 per CD. You can find most
any distribution CD and the following will take you right to where you
want.

Given that the cost here is so low, I will say that this is where you can
get your cd instead of me. I think anyone can come up with 1.98. If
nothing else, ask all your friends for a dollar or any portion
thereof. You will be there before you know it. <g>
