Keymap for laptop

Hello listers,
I'm going to be putting speakup on a laptop and wondered whether there are
any keymap files lying around?  The numeric keypad as accessed by pressing
the FN key in combination with a block of keys on the standard qwerty
keyboard.  I think the difficulty will come in activating the Insert +
keypad combinations.
