speakup and 2.2.14

Hi Chris:  Unless you are using he mips processor you can ignore that
rejected patch.  Speakup should patch and compile cleanly to the
2.2.14 kernel source tree.  I have done it many times.  I am wondering
if you might not have something else in your kernel config stuff set
incorrectly.
