Speakup Volume on Bootup

Hi:

You could use loadspk to load a file containing the settings you like.  You
could place the commands to do this somewhere in the rc section, depending
on how your distribution does all that.  This won't come into effect till
partway through boot-up of course.  If you want it that way from the start,
you'd have to hack speakup and recompile.
