CR/LF

	Solaris has two utilities, one called dos2unix and another
called unix2dos that do and undo the CR/LF convention.  I noticed that
a Debian distribution of Linux I have handy did not seem to have
anything similar so it will depend a lot on what system you are using
in adition to the advice about using sed that others have given you.
