Standalone E-Mail

Well, I am not sure what you mean when you say that Sendmail daemon slows
down the system. It certainly doesn't in my case. My Sendmail simply tries
the message and if the connection is not present, itwill try later. I
wouldn't keep my mail for four days waiting to be sent!
