old debian disks

Is there anywhere I can still obtain debian boot disks for debian 2.1? I'd
need to download by ftp, as my email quota on my provider is only 3 mb. I
would like to do a speech installation of debian. If there isn't a way to
obtain them, would I have to recompile a kernel to make things work?
I want to use a CD to install custom packages. I like the idea of the
package manager, but have heard mixed responses about the install that
even in the dos install 2.2 won't install, and I can't get a 2.2 CD.
What can I do so I can use debian with speech?
