Moving from 0.08 to 0.09

Hi folks,

Two questions:

1)  Can I just install 0.09 over 0.08 with no trouble?

2)  I've got a Red Hat 6.1/SpeakUp 0.08 boot disk that allows me to install
the O/S - how can I update this to use 0.09?
