Moving Mail from Thunderbird in Windows to Thunderbird in Linux

Here's a cool idea.  I wonder if you could sym link one of the
references to the Thunderbird data folder and that way, the files and
stuff would stay in sync when switching back and forth between linux
and windows.  Just an idea.  I wasn't positive there werent
differences between the data used by thunderbird for linux and the
same for windows.
