Disabling IPV6 In Fedora

At the console level, logged in as root, run setup. You will get a menu.
Arrow down to network. In the new menu that opens, arrow down to ip6 and
un-check it. A check is indicated by a *.

I know in the installation you can choose to use IPV6 or not. Is it in
system-config-network?
