Kernel/Speakup Compilation Problems

There was a problem if you were trying to compile speakup as modules
which I have checked in the fix for.  I still haven't worked out the
problem with the DECTalk Express driver yet but I suspect the read to
end code.  I'll check further into this.  It will be slow going
because I don't have a DECTalk Express to test with.
