Reading an iso file in Windows

Hi:

When I'm in the office, I must use Windows XP.  Does anybody have 
recommendations on a good Windows-based iso file reader?  I'd like to 
use it to extract readme files and to examine isos I might want to burn 
to take home and load on my Linux box.
