16 bit flite and speech-dispatcher

Janina and all,

Me too. Speech-dispatcher 0.4.1 works right out of the box with flite,
but 0.5rc1 and 0.5rc2 cannot be made to locate the flite executable no
way no how. Maybe Hynek will have a suggestion about this one. But 0.4.1
seems to do what I need it to do right now.
