Problems with AltGr on international keyboard layouts

Okay, the bug is fixed in cvs.  Bill you will need to modify your
console tools package again because part of the fix was to change to
using the Shiftr key modifier rather than the altgr.  I wish I would
have thought of this a long time ago.  Oh well, you know what they say
about hind sight and all that.

Christian, maybe Bill can give you a hand patching from cvs.  It's
pretty easy with a clean kernel tree.
