Hi

Well yes but the questions do require multiple choice answers where they
apply.  Such as:  Where do you use Linux?  With the following options of
"Home", "Work", "School", "College / University" "Other".  Under this
condition it is possible for people to use Linux at work as well as at home.

Hi Gina,

The problem I see with using check boxes is that it would be possible for
the user to select more than one choice.  I would suggest that you use an
option list or radio buttons so that the user can only select one option.
