Speakup and DecTalk PC

As I recall, someone has already written a linux driver for the dectalk
pc.  I think it creates a device to which you can sendtext and commands.
It may be out on leb.net.  I'm a little vague, but I can checkinto it a
little more.  I think the driver waswritten some time within the past
two-three years.
