message sizes

Hello all.  Some folks on this list are not being careful about message
sizes.  When you reply to a message, please try to edit your response so
that the resulting message size is not larger than 15 megs.  There are
some mail servers that will bounce mail larger than this.  The result is
that the speakup list server then tries to disable address on the mail
server that bounces messages that are too large.  Just hitting reply to
a message, and leaving the original contents in place is not helpful.
