Kali Linux

[Øyvind Lode]

I simply enabled relevant accessibility services using systemctl like this:

systemctl enable espeakup
systemctl enable brltty
... etc

In kali no services is started automatically on boot.
All is disabled and fix it by enabling them as shown above.
