I am sure that you could install the mate desktop.
That comes with Orca I'm guessing.
At the CLI, try:
sudo apt-get install mate-desktop
That is just a guess however.
If you do a WWW search for
CLI installing mate desktop
you might get better answers.

No problems with installation but no speech in graphical mate-desktop
environment.
Any suggestions please.
