[Espeak-general] working with latest espeak

Hi mark,
I did not follow this thread, but if you use espeakup, you can specify the
language when you start espeakup.
espeakup -Ven or whatever language you want.
In some distributions, you may even have an espeakup file in
/etc/default/espeakup where you can set it.
