speakup can now do speakup-r on more recent kernels

Hi.  I have now fixed speakup so it can do the speakup-r combination on
more recent kernels than 3.6.  I don't know how to get this into the
staging tree, but if anyone is interested, its a one line change to
fakekey.c.

There is still a bug which crashes the system if you start speakup-r
from a blank line.
