My Ranger preferences

I have made an archive of my Ranger preferences.  All you really need is
.config/ranger/rc.conf, but I'm providing everything for completeness.  This
archive should remain online indefinitely.  The only major customization I
made was for a single column.  I might have made other changes as well, but
they were minor.  Any comments are appreciated.
