cli-based printer configuration tool, I need some testers please?

Cups listens on port 631. You can always point a browser to that port 
for the cups web interface. On your local machines the URL would be 
http://localhost:631.  If you have a print server named printserver, on 
your domain, example.com, the URL ould be 
http://printserver.example.com:631/.
