new TalkingArch maintainers

[Kyle]

Is this the demo by Michael Wapples? It's from back in the days of the
Arch Installation Framework. The wiki article notes that it's outdated,
but I was unaware that it no longer exists. I plan to eventually make a
new demo, but the reference can be removed until a new demo is available.
