CentOS and speakup

Be sure to call the ks.cfg as a boot arg on the kernel options line for 
the default kernel or make the ks option the default. If the machine is a 
server with multiple ethernet interfaces, you will need to add ksdev=eth0 
or it will prompt you for the device to use for the install.
