clive/cclive in squeeze

Hi all,
since the clive/cclive packages available in debian squeeze don't work
anymore, I was wondering if someone knows if there is a debian package
of a newer version which will work, and that can be installed on squeeze? If so, then where
do I get it from? I tried squeeze-backports, but no newer version
there it seems. Thanks.
