speech-dispatcher problem

I have a working version of speechd-up, I think I got it from
git://github.com/williamh/speechd-up.git  -- I don't know if its the
latest version, but it works fine -- even does indexing.  You can use
any voice, but it works better if the module has a speech dispatcher
driver.
