converting latex to pdf/html

PS: it looks like it finally worked. This isn't a latex list, but I'm 
curious what needs to be done for accessibility.

\title{"A test book}
\author{Tyler Littlefield}
\begin{document}
\maketitle
\chapter{Introduction}
\begin{enumerate}
\item oranges
\item apples
\item grapes
\end{enumerate}
\end{document}
When I open it up it looks like it's not using full pages, it kind of 
splits everything up. Any sample latex documents that are accessible 
would also be nice.
