debian install question?

How fascinating Kerry.
I have never had since 1988 a text file crash in wordperfect in my entire 
life.
granted I am using pure dos, in this case 7.1 ish, and have no intention of 
loading the documentation on the same computer on to which I am installing 
debian.
It strikes me that trying to navigate  between the html files while in 
the middle of installing on the same computer would be well a creative test 
of frustration...but that is me.
I am a firm believer in the personal aspect of the personal computer, i. e. 
the individual can and should choose what works best for them, no one else 
is using their machine, and therefore there is no generalized crowd, i.e. 
the us to which you refer.
In fact, such is what Linux allows, the freedom to create a computer that 
serves your needs, just as one can still do in Dos.

no problems whatsoever loading the full sized text file  nor did I 
anticipate any.
