Last evening some1 was guiding me through setting up a 1time sort-of-chron job. However, when I tried useing insert f8 to paste in an url, I got 20 lines of items beginning with 12 million. Can some1 please tell me how I can paste in items useing at, without always needing to type in manually? Thanks so much in advance Hart
