downgrading speech dispatcher

I've searched everywhere, and can't find dispatcher 0.8

Hi,
you should have been able to --force all speechd-up to make it install.
Speech dispatcher doesnt daemonise anymore it is spawned for each request.
I am using 0.8 with speechd-up still.
