Can One Add Speakup Consoles to a Standard Deb Installation?

Well, Martin, wouldn't we practicly consider GRML as an Oralux replacement? 
Both of those certainly have atvantages.  I think GRML supports 
Speakup--and-Oralux has its own speech engines which mainly worked with YASR.
And Martin, little did I know til we tried upgrading to 2.6.38 or so, but my 
DecTalk USB would not work until we went back to 32.
