Smooth upgrade on arch to kernel 3.0

Thanks for the heads-up and incouraging news. I always get a bit
skiddish with kernel upgrades and the possibility of breaking
speakup. I must say so far, since speakup has been in the kernel
natively, upgrades have gone along just fine. Good deal!
