Debian testing netinst.iso

Good morning, people,

I've been out of the Debian loop for a while and have a few catchup
questions. I have a daily build of the Debian testing installer, and am
curious if it is speakup enabled. If so, what must I do when the disk
stops spinning to activate speech?

If it isn't speakup enabled, is there a netinst.iso available for
testing that is?
