Hi Tyler, Forgive the question, but are you using the letter m or the meta key? Emacs documentation tends to use "m-" to indiccate use of meta. (This key is also known as alt.) Meta-< and meta-> will indeed work for moving to the top and bottom of a buffer. m-< and m-> won't. Hope this helps, Zack.
