World writable speakup files in Linux next

First, If you want help, you could try writing a cogent paragraph or 
sentence asking for help, and detailing what you need help with. Linux 
(even *gasp* Ubuntu), requires that you read the manuals. There are 
probably instructions, look around for them, then tell us what you need 
help with.
