Hi again Tony,

oyour patch has been committed, but in looking at the commands we have
for the dectalk express driver, I think I see an issue -- could you
please run the following test and let me know what happens?

1) start speakup with the dectalk express.
2) change the pitch away from the factory default.
3) review some text that has both upper and lower case characters.

What I'm expecting you to find is that the pitch goes back to the
factory default, and is now out of sync with what speakup thinks the
pitch is until you change it again.

The way to fix this would be relative pitch settings for the caps start
and caps stop commands. Does the dectalk express support this? And if
so what are the commands?

William
