How about Speakup Modified Fedora (http://speakupmodified.org/)?  Finally,
there's my very own TalkingArch, a speech-enabled version of the ArchLinux
install CD, found at http://the-brannons.com/tarch/.

BTW, there is a distributions page on the Speakup website:
http://linux-speakup.org/distros.html.  It needs to be updated with info
about Gentoo and Vinux.
