Big problem after upgrading grub

Hi Cheryl,

I have a Toshiba Techra, and to boot from CD without setting it in the BIOS 
as like you, I cannot see the screen, I hold down F12 and then press the 
right arrow as I have been told that this will boot from the CD drive.
