Asus EEE PC

The keyboard on the 1000h is larger than that of the 701/900 in fact it is 
83% of full-size.
It has a small right shift key but apart from that isn't bad.
The MSI Wind U100 is worth a look too, 5 hours battery life and a nice 
keyboard.
, . and / are shrunk to fit, but if you bunch your fingers it's not too bad.

The mininote has a 92% full-size keyboard and is rather nice, although 
performance isn't great.
I find the 701's keyboard cramped to type on, but far less cramped than a 
mobile phone or pda.
